HRD Senior Staff
Operation internship program in cooperation between the company and the College
Planning and operation of internal and external training - job training, leadership training, Discovering educational companies
Operation of in-house organizational culture activities
Work related to ER
Other tasks assigned by Superiors
Required working experience
1-2 years of experience (Manufacturing company preferred)
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Required languages
English: Proficiency in English
Required knowledge and skills Strong in HRD (training & organizational culture) & ER Basic knowledge about labor laws and HR policy Good at communication and negotiation skill
