Job Description

Overall purpose

• Increase sales target by planning and organizing Company music instruments marketing campaigns and products display

• Conduct timely market research to timely catch-up market trend and to effectively inventory management and exactly products orders

Key responsibilities and duties (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position, listed in order of importance)

• Being Product PIC of Guitar and Company Guitar Group (Line 6, Ampeg)

• Liaise closely with MI Sales department to ensure consistency of all promotional activities/material on all channels

• Build and monitor training plans to keep improving sale staffs’ product knowledge

• Merchandising / Communication planning / guidelines for retailers for retailers’ online and offline resources.

• Sustain gross profit and manage promotional cost

• Analyze and summarize company’s marketing and promotion activities expenditures

• Check, monitor product displays in complying with Company’s regulations at the company’s events and dealers’ stores

• Analyze and evaluate market situation, product price comparing to competitor’s products

• Check, forecast quantity and order products monthly

• Implement periodic reports in accordance with the company’s regulations

• Other tasks are assigned by a direct manager

Required working experience

• At least 2 years working experience in B2B & Trade marketing, able to do marketing research, can play/ have knowledge of musical instrument is a plus

Required qualifications

• At bachelor’s degree in marketing
