Duties & Responsibilities:
● Support on Internal Sales Contract, Receivable, Pending Issue Invoice, Pending Debt
● Support on Profit & Loss by Project, Sales Products Categories and customer information
● Sales Process Support, identify improvement critical point and improving Sales General Support Process
● Maintain and expand supplier network (including sourcing new suppliers for new solutions & products)
● Support on conducting purchasing planning on yearly basis
● Work with sales and different department to purchase items needed for project and company operations
● Implement purchasing procedures and processes (evaluating optimal purchase options/suppliers selection/signing/importing/payment)
● Support to work with suppliers and other teams to resolve incidents incurred
● Support on evaluating, plan to execute to optimize material cost
Job Requirement:
● 2+ year experience in Sales Support/Sales Admin or relevant business
● Graduate from University, College major in Business, Economics, Technologies
● Fluent Korean (Topik 5+), Basic Communication in English
● Excellent in using MS (Excel, Word, PPT), business email writing and internet searching
● Experienced in Contract Management, Sales or Sales Supports
● Knowledge or Experience in IT Industry is the big plus
● Business mind, accuracy, time management skills, actively in supporting
