Job Description:

Overall purpose

• In charge of propagating and franchising Company musical education as company target

• Develop sources of candidates that can qualify to become franchise owners.

• Understand Music School Franchise Business and communicate well with Company headquarters for development of franchise business.

• Support franchise owners through the frequent communications and necessary trainings.

• Review and Monitor the each franchisee's performance, and analyze it to support franchisee for improvement of sales/ enrolment performance.

• Obtain market information and analysis

Key responsibilities and duties

• Develop sources and compile lists of future franchise owners. Identify quality candidates and counsel with the candidate to walk them through a quality decision process. Assist in financially qualifying prospective franchise owners.

• Support to develop and contract along with franchise agreement and local regulations

• Coordinate and support music school activities/events

• Ensure overall franchise performance optimization, qualification & relationship management with music school partners.

• Share best practices across franchise centers to improve financial performance, customer experience, and franchisee satisfaction.

• Update franchise centre-specific briefing documents and material for both internal and franchisee use depends on the necessity.

• Maintain and analyze records of franchise centre-level performance metrics and data with the effective solutions

• Ensure effective franchisee servicing and management

• Assist in the periodic budget review, summarizing key insights.

• Other tasks assigned by line manager

Required working experience

• At least 2-3 years working experience in business development, any of experience or skill such as franchise sales, educational business, skill for sales data analytics is a plus.

Required qualifications

• At least Bachelor’s degree in marketing/ management or Business Administration

Required languages

• English Proficiency in both writing and speaking
