Job Description
This position will have the opportunity to join the exciting and expanding solution business. Responsible for implementation of proposed & designed solutions based on deep knowledge of proposing technology area / product for a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires an individual with high level technical experience, capable of making intuitive high-level decisions for solution implementation. You will lead and be accountable for comprehensive, end-to-end Implementation for Enterprise Solutions.
Role and Responsibility
Adhere to follow Business Innovation transition and project management
Take a solution products responsibility (maybe cross-functional, cross-organization, cross-service, involving 3rd parties) to takeover solution delivery to the customer
Responsible to implement (install, configure, troubleshoot, support) complex/custom solutions as part of the Professional Services processes
Participates in technical discovery, kick-off meetings with customers
Manage and deploy POC to customer, responsible for managing quality, delivery time, cost of project and leading them to success
Solutions documentation completed in full, with formal testing, sign-off and handover capability enabled
Manage risk during implementation and on-going operations
Drive strategies to minimize calls and improve response time, resolution time of software problems
Performs other duties as assigned
Required working experience
Min 2 years of experience in Enterprise IT environment
Experience in working as pre/post-sales role… is preferred
Knowledge of general computer network, Operating Systems
Nice to Have Experience:
Utilizing strong scripting skills in well-known languages or similar scripting skills
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Relevant technology certifications

A detailed technical and customer-relevant understanding of all provided solutions
Strong customer management skills
Manage and deliver projects on schedule, with a high level of customer satisfaction
